I went lake swimming tonight - 7 laps equals about 2300m. Took about an hour.

Tomorrow I do a 115 mile cycle. Thankfully halfords repaired my bike

I had a bath - 7 laps equals about 23m. Took about an hour due to excess bubbles

Tomorrow I may open the garage door and glance at my mountain bike

No, you get the taxi back from the pub, once walking has become a little tricky
