In other news, the pony tailed inhabitant of The Wrecked House(tm) is busily doing something fairly odd in the front garden with some other geezer lending a hand.

I don't think it actually involves any form of DIY repair, the tools required being a ciggie & a cup of java.

Though it did seem to require hopping over the wall into next door when he dropped his lighter.
