Tired and busy... didn't manage to do the Thai banquet over the weekend but made several of the dishes - I'll pop one of the piccies up here later.

Hope everyone had a good Easter - I just cooked, drank, relaxed and managed to watch the first three series of Californication - really funny, with David Duchovny and the lovely Natascha McElhone.

Have you taken any painkillers or anti-imflamataries?

When you hurt your back it goes into a spasm and locks solid. Generally the advice is to try to keeping moving (gently and slowly!) rather than remaining totally still.
