Legs are a bit tired, but primary and secondary mission targets achieved. 55 mile round trip cycle ride in Surrey in glorious weather. No puntures - all praise be to the Gator Hardshells!

Managed to survive badminton training despite my injury (dropped a bottle of wine on my ankle in the wine shop : emb).
Jazz trio was awful, so left early.
Dinner was sea trout with fennel, scallions and braised baby gem.
Maybe hitting the beach tomorrow
Dinner tomorrow is roast duck with poached rubarb.Comment
