Oh well - sparkie has been and gone.
He can't do the certificate as he has found too many issues when taking the readings.
Cant do the earth bonding as we have the wrong sized tails ?Comment

He is back a week today to replace the fuse board, earth bonding and diagnose why his readings were so high.Comment
