TF: "What happens on rejection? I need to know when the form is resubmitted"
IC: "It can't be rejected, so it can never be resubmitted. It will only be submitted once"
TF: "It's an approval - but it can't be rejected?"
IC: "No"
TF: "So what happens then?"
IC: "If the approver decides not to approve it, they can route it to another department. They make changes and then it comes through the approval process again"
TF: "So......... they resubmit it?"
