          If there hadn't been a crappy report looking at the table, I'd have created a new one from scratch, and had some degree of design to it.

          Current table has 15 columns which can be used for anything. "Consultancy" used four of them. And one of those is used for two different things - it's either the ID for the project or the ID for a person, depending on some other flag which isn't on the table.
