Then the frenetic etching of PCBs starts, followed by the frenetic drilling etc.

Have you tried hunting students down late at night with a crossbow after cutting the lights? May deaden the boredom a bit.

Which one?

The turbine in a drain pipe idea?

That was someone's project last year.

I took it to bits in September.

It generated a little energy.

Very little.

I suspect even if it was engineered properly it wouldn't yield much.

And the payback period would be measured in centuries if not millennia.
