Which reminds me, must ring some scumbag estate agents to find out how much they are going to charge me just for the pleasure of getting tenants into my house.

There are times when i'm not so sure about moving to cloggieland and having to rent my house out to someone who could potentially trash it

and this is one of them.

On the flip side you could end up with tenants like mine. Been there for 2 years, never even so much as a late rent payment (well, once, but he was at pains to prove it was a bank failure); and the house while not immaculate is far from trashed...

... and I have had 24 monthly payments in the mean time which more than cover the mortgage. It's just pot luck...

Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

As soon as a gig turns up over there.

Also still waiting to see where MrN gets accepted to do a PhD.

There we are then: now officially on my lonesome until August 15th.

Since I'm on my hols from a week today, that means I won't see any of my co-workers until September.

                    It's all go in Edjumakayshun.

Another couple of bugs fixed in the never ending turmoil of the gps gsm thingie.

Moderately obscure this one, as introduced by my fair self.

                      Ho hum.
