          Bbq tonight steak with accompaniments of sweetcorn purée, tomato, red onion and oregano salad and asparagus.

          Tomorrow spatchcock chicken with an Indian marinade (cumin, garam masala, paprika, turmeric, garlic, ginger, salt, chilli, tomato puree, rapeseed oil and lemon juice), recipe was given to me by a local chef.

          Just need to make some raita tomorrow.
