NickFitz, I'm leaving you in charge of the 11 7 "Registering" users, OK?

NF, if you stay up until Sunday evening, you might be able to set your body clock to Wage Slave Time. Especially if you don't open the curtains until Wednesday morning.

My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.

My 2009/10 Self Assessment has been submitted.

                All weekend that took.

                But it's done.

Dinner was beef and bilberry wine casserole.

                  Washed down with bilberry wine.

                  Now on the 2nd bottle.

It was a cracking piece of braising steak from Morrison's. ½ kilo of very lean meat which, once cooked for 2 or 3 hours, fell apart.

Cooked simply in canned tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, a handful of miscellaneous Italian herbs and ¼ pint of bilberry wine. Bunged in the oven and served with spirelli tricolore.

I prefer shin of beef from the local farmer who farms and slaughters his own beef.
