This last year I've really noticed that less and less contracts have been advertised as such and so much more happens through networking, recommendations and the like. If your not on the pimps radar then you won't even hear about the gigs.

The toy business is great thanks. really busy atm as you can imagine - should drop off come Jan and I can concentrate on the expansion plans I have.

Internet marketing - it's a whole new world to me - lots to learn.
