Morning all, after having a fantastic break in the Med I've come back to a streaming cold. Very little sleep last night and feeling like crap

Have taken copious quantities of brand name pharmaceuticals to little effect and am now wondering if it's too early to start on the hot toddies.

No. They come under the heading of "medicinal" so they don't count.

Hello all.

Just thought I'd stop by.

After what has seemed like months of interminable rain we are finally starting to get some really good weather. Friday and Saturday were great and this morning it looks like we are going to get another cracking day.

Not that I want to rub it in or anything.

It's a long weekend here too. Monday is Labour Day. :spit:

This weekend is looking like it will turn out to be quite productive.

Yesterday we bought a load of el cheapo shelving boxes to help with storing stuff in wardrobes. We bought some slightly less cheapo shelving for the office and a very expensive wall unit for the lounge and a really cool revolving rack for CDs and DVDs.

It has been about one month now and our house is finally starting to look like a home rather than a dump strewn with piles of unopened boxes and bags.

That's another batch of beer bottled into 42½ bottles.

I've now got about 80 pints ageing while I finish the current barrel.
