      However it's plain that one of yesterday's merry band of muppets managed to crisp an LM324.

      Ho hum.

      I wouldn't mind if he'd actually learned something whilst doing it.

      Actually saw him try to measure something by clipping the scope lead to the plastic housing of a device.

              I suppose the difference is that this lot are supposed to be on the 2nd year of an electronics degree/HND.

              Why would anyone clip a probe to the plastic housing?
