well I'm back from my 13 week interview for JSA. And I now have to attend every week to sign on

I'm due to leave to sign on shortly and I cannot work out if this is a 2nd week meaning proper signing-on and needing filled-in B7 forms, or a mid-fortnight week and no B7 forms.
