This week I've had 2 interviews - both of which I've panned, and I've also been told it was a no go for another interview I had.
So three knock backs in a week... not badComment

I applied for another couple of roles yesterday - one sounds really good. I had a chat with the agent and she is putting me forward.
It would involve 3 days on client site, 2 at home - but it could be 2 day client site, 3 home.
Its a permie position aswellComment

I decided that I didn't really want to spend 3 hours of my life watching animation.

You could have spent the 3 hours looking down her top, or trying the old yawn-stretch-armaround technique.Originally posted by voodooflux View Posthole in the bottom of the popcorn bucketOriginally posted by Bunk View PostOooh, that's a good one tooOriginally posted by RichardCranium View PostIn other words, she dropped an anvil-shaped hint on your foot.

Darkened cinema, lots of noise and distraction from the film, who'd notice a GAL having a quick snack?"Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment

Got contacted direct about a BA gig should I want it.
I don't really consider myself officially benched till next month as I'm still due two lots of invoices and Feb will be the first non invoice month.
Thing is I do PM, I'm not exactly desperate and the job will be dull and from the sound of it politically messy (even as a contractor I will not get away from it). From what I know about the role it could be very volatile from the point of view that it could all go Pete Tong and I'm back on the bench again.
I'm waiting to hear about two other roles but I have a sneaking suspicion that these won't materialise.
I may just grit my teeth and hang on.Comment
