I've gone cold turkey on the ibuprofen.

Old chap I worked with a few years back had a car accident and hurt his neck. Doctor put him on some proper pain medication ( Codine ). After taking them for a day his comment was "Bloody hell, I never realised how many bits of me hurt untill I started taking these!"
