I'm still not sure what to do with it - it's a bit warm for a roast dinner, so I may shred it and wrap it in a tortilla with plum sauce, then fill up on fruit as well.

Or maybe not.

They're pretty much OK thanks, after the assorted calamities of the other week. My mother's waiting to hear the results of some tests but seems to be OK

The duck is coming along nicely. I'll give it a bit longer to crispen, although the oven being useless is a bit of a hindrance; I may have to crisp it up a bit under the grill.
