Used a drop of Southern Comfort as an antiseptic & that smarts even more.

Though a good slug of it took the pain away.

Yeah, the large reservoir and dam to the south (towards Merthyr Tydfil) looks very intimidating too - especially to those working below it in the water treatment works!

Couldn't they have just opened the tap on the dam a bit
