I was worried that I'd put too much onion in the rosti - the first mouthful was quite a bit stronger than I liked. It turned out to be an anomaly though; I must have ended up with a lump falling from the grater, and that happened to be the first bit I ate

I read about your poor cat, my sympathies.

WHS - very sorry to hear that Brillo. We've lost a couple of much loved family cats due to a nearby main road - I'd love to get some more, but would worry too much.
