Busy with design documents for Oracle Apps. Not using AIM but consultancy implementation methodology. Documents say everything and nothing all at once.
Most consultancy documents I've seen say nothing, but cost a lot.
I worked with Accenture on a project once - after 8 months of them being there, they produced a room full of documents and an idea that the client should "Build a business to business exchange" - which is what the client told them at the start! No details of what they should try to sell there, or anything like that, but plenty of paper used...
