Rant on
Noticed adverts for a BA in Worcester - sent CV - email back saying not shortlisted. Sent CV to another agent advertising the role - have not heard back.
Then a some more appeared - saying Redditch one with a full description which I thought I had seen before and is for the role I went for at the Law Society.
Got back in touch with the orginal agent who was unware of this being advertised and was trying to get hold of the 'Consulting Company' who was in charge of putting in IT staff - to no avail. He is now on holiday.
Right, I thought - called pimp who I have worked for before and quized him over the role, it is direct with the LS and not though this 3rd Party Consultant. Also, they are asking for 5 CV's from 5 Agents.
He asked about my experiance and then found my up-to-date CV on their DB and said - Ok you look like an idea fit, so he has now forwared my CV to them.
This only proves
1. Agents do not always kn ow what is happening with their clients
2. Agents do not always look at CV's submitted
3. Agents do not look at CV's on their own Databases
