He told me stright that the 2 best candiates he had spoken to the phone, one lived in Spain and the other in the Dominican Rebublic. The latter was going to fly in on Monday he this PM Guy could not find anyone.
Oh well, it 'twas right in a very grotty part of Leicester City Centre ( sorry) and parking in a dark multi-story - pretty scary
