The Chinese was VERY good when we did takeout from there once - real fruit in the sweet and sour sauce, which was a pleasant surprise.
I remember the Chinese - very decent I thought.

There's a very good Crêperie by the lake at Sherwood if I recall correctly as well.
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

I've been to both Les Bois Francs and Hauts Bruyeres. Both in pleasant settings and a good base for exploring the area.

They were ideal a couple of years ago when holidaying with two 16 year old and a 6 year old.
        We looked, but haven't been.

You can buy some of the chalets there as well...

One review I read said something like "Dubai is so brash, it makes Las Vegas look sophisticated. It's no wonder Piers Morgan likes it."

              But Sherwood is still good

I just liked the chalets more in Whinfell, as they were log cabin type affairs rather than breeze block.

Oh no - I love Piers Morgan!! I havn't seen any TV though at all - I was there years ago too, so I am intrigued to see how much it has changed and stuff!

You recall correctly - I can vouch for it as well.

Careful with this one as it used to have somewhat bizarre opening times. I think it closes early for a specific evening two evenings a week. Been caught out by this.

I haven't been to Sherwood Forest for a couple of years so may have changed.

Eadie McCreedie is very upset because Suzy Sweet has taped over her "special video of paradise birds".

I've got some of those upstairs.
