I hope to do some web dev again sometime. A friend asked me the other day if I would consider some part-time wirk. I always said no for last 2 years due to baby. I now feel the energy (and the money need) to say yes!

I found myself doing quite a few part-time projects last year, but I cut back on those as I wasn't spending enough time with the kids in the evenings. Each night I was getting home from ClientCo, having something to eat and then starting work again. It is nice to have that bit of extra money coming in, but it's a real balancing act at times.

Our Dyson contra rotator washing behemoth broke down yesterday. Very clever design though - it displayed a phone number to call and an error code to quote, so we have an engineer coming out on Monday to have a look at it.
