According to my Dutch ex-gf, they do give the impression of running around a bit if you drop them while their legs are still working after the head's been taken off. (Her parents also kept a goat which had goatlets - however, I don't think they cut their heads off. Cute photo of her clutching one of the kids when she was about seven though )
FWIW, you'll probably want to pick off the older ones rather than the youngsters; ergo, you should plan your menus for a casserole rather than a fry or roast. (Then again, a slow roast in foil would work.)Comment
