Still overheating? Might be worth taking a can of compressed air to it to clear out the dust.

Found the problem, the intake vent slots still had the original moulding punchout in place. it had been left in during assembly instead of being pressed out by the assembler to clear the vent slots

Working fine now that I have poked it out
