had a bitch of a day, sanded down a wall, stripped off some old paint, applied some "damp" proof under coat paint.
Used some of the expanding foam
Move the TV around.
2 hours ironing
cooked sunday dinner

and now I'm having spasm's in my back

Better than you by the sounds of it! Minimal DIY this weekend, just took about 1.5 cm off the bottom of door to make it fit after having some carpet fitted.

That expanding foam is "interesting" stuff to work with isn't it. I've never had much success with it, but I am a bit of a wizard with "no nail" though

Sorry to hear that - think I'm the last one to get it in our house, couple more days and I'll be as good as new. Or back to how I was before, anyway.

I don't normal catch the coughs/cold etc but I am starting to sniffle a little.

Think we have the Beach Sports one - can't be sure as I seldom get to play these days! Although I did manage to have a go on Mario Kart today.
