What did you have?

2 slices of toast - little marmite. Since last night all I hjave had was that, 4 honey& lemon drinks, 1 litre of water.

Stomach still cramping - but I did not throw up.

I slept until 11:30 this morning(apart from calling Mrs BP & clientco) - then from 1pm to 5pm.

I so rarely fall ill......
