Here's one for the rest of you - almost considered this for general with a poll; but then I thought better of it!
If a PM set up a "Wiki / Sharepoint" site for your department, then sent the whole department an email saying 'take a look at this, proof of concept...', the only post was from the (nameless) office cynic and it went otherwise unused for 7 months would you say the concept was proved useless?Comment
