I had issues with Scottish Power. I had high usage Q2 - so they upped my direct debit. So I overpayed hugely. I asked them to reduce/stop my payments - they say they only reset once per year!
I have told them to give me th overpayment - or I will cancel the direct debit/go to uswitch and move on.....
