Is Wordpress the best software for blogs? and is it easy to set up and use?

Just a bit of info... All these are available from my freehostia....

I've never used one, but I might try at the weekend.

WordPress is a rich-featured personal publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, high web standards and usability. It supports multiple users, categories, comments, bookmarklets, RSS syndication, several APIs, password-protected posts, import/export options.

I looked at a few blogging engines a while back and decided upon WordPress. If you have your own webspace with a MySQL database to hand then it's very easy to set up (see "famous 5 minute install").

LOL - Just watched the local news - Alton Towers is opening this weekend for "Natureists"

At least they would not have to worry about losing their 'Loose Change'

I hope they wash the seats down afterwards
