Is Wordpress the best software for blogs? and is it easy to set up and use?

Just a bit of info... All these are available from my freehostia....

I've never used one, but I might try at the weekend.

Okay - So, I have a website. I want to offer Users the chance to have and maintain their own blog on my site. The content is up to them but would include text and photos (I would have ability to moderate the content but shouldn't be a need).


Sounds like Wordpress is too over complicated for my need and b2evolution might be better?
