How do I put it. He is a contractor employed by ClientCo as "Application Manager" (and I quote from ClientCo's exchange directory!). He is nominally the support team leader except he is completely disorganised, and uses the scatter gun approach to problem management. He also, being as English is not his first language, uses very obscure sentence constructs: "I would look into this aspects, be implementing set piece today afternoon."

In short: He is so window-lickingly insane that he should be banned from handling anything other than crayons.

(Oh yeah, and he is nominally my supervisor. Except nobody respects that relationship - event ClientCo BigBoss. Rumour of non-renewal was overheard yesterday but I doubt this!)
