Just stripped my tower and gave the processor cooler housing a good clean.
It's amazing how big a dust bunny I removed from the processors cooling fan screen, And there was a thick layer of dust between the processors copper heat sink plate and the processor, Not conducive to efficient cooling at all.

Don't burn asbestos. Just Copper cable to remove the plastic insulation, and lots of wood to melt down stolen beer barrels for the aluminium
