This morning we went to Lakeside

gf went to Asda home for new clothes - she has lost 23.5kg in 19 weeks and gone from size 26 to 18.

I tested it by driving it to the swimming pool - then the gf drove to the hop farm and back so she can get used to it.

The orange stuff you have, is it Nurofen "Childrens Edition"? You can double dose them on that and Calpol - handy for when they're really struggling.



Not bad, just getting over my "man flu" and off out in a bit to buy stuff for the new bathroom - think we may drop the kids off with the parents though, otherwise the trip to Bathstore and Topps Tiles could rapidly become a nightmare. One of the kids has a birthday party tonight so need to get some stuff together for that as well. So much for a relaxing Saturday.
