I see that the Oyster card I forgot to take with me is actually sitting on the arm of the chair - how I came to leave it behind I do not know

Still, another Oyster card doesn't exactly break the bank, and may even be considered a useful spare.

After I walked the baby I had a jog - the 3rd night in a row I have done so. My chest feels a little less tight every time - I also am starting to seem to have a bit more energy.

Shame Dr Who had ended - the kids got used to their episode every Sat night. Lucky the gf bought series 2 & 3 on DVD - tonight we shall watch "42" - which the kids knows as "the man with the hot eyes".

Quatermass and the Pit is on ITV tonight at 2:25

It's the 1967 colour film, not the original black & white BBC production. I haven't seen it in years - definitely one to record

I really must watch the original BBC version, which I've had on DVD for ages now (actually, everything Quatermass that's left in the BBC's archives) but still haven't got around to unwrapping
