Afterwards I went to see a friend (lives by Trosley ) to discuss plan B. It is in the bulding trade. He has another project. He has so many on the go - it is not all doom out there. -
Try telling that to some on this board! Some are so miserable on her! I had a phone call from a sort-of-ex-sort-of-girlfriend who's now a solicitor earlier.
They (her firm) need help tracking down the sender of an email - as in, they know whose email account was used to send it, but they believe that the recipient logged in using that person's account and sent it to themselves, so they could later claim that the first person had sent it
Both accounts are with a major webmail provider, so it should be easy enough to sort out - the judge has already said he'll grant the necessary orders for disclosure of information, if they can just tell him what needs to be disclosed, and who needs to disclose it.
Which is where I come in...
