I'm working from home today with one of my off-shore teams. But I feel like a therapist "why are you re-assigning variables to other variables for no reason" "why are you creating so many sub-folders"
I think some of them are beyond my help.

I really must start watching the season 1 box set (on HD-DVD for nostalgia) as the second season is currently filling up my Sky box.

I have been in the office a lot recently, so less time for posting. Home today so I can post on my own PC. I saw you have a personal trainer how often do you train?

Just once a week now - it was twice when I first started a few months ago... but Im so glad I did it - she gives me a kick in the ass, but also has helped me kinda tweak what I was already doing

I couldn't say - I tend to put my fingers in my ears and do the whole "La, la, la" thing whenever anybody talks about it as I haven't caught up with season 1 yet. I had started season 1 a while back, but then "discovered" Prison Break and got sidetracked into watching that.

Prison Break - thats next on my list

They will adapt to your level of fitness though - some of the stuff I do now, I'd never have done before
