            Meaningful URLs are very important these days - do everything in your power to avoid things like http://example.com/article.php?id=456789, going instead for useful stuff like http://example.com/services/sheep_shearing

            Most punters don't know how to hack URLs (mainly because they've had so many?id= things pushed at them over the years) but search engines like them.

                    I used to love those "interesting" sites where the content was indexed by a simple number...

                    One could quietly sit there & go through the lot...
