Beer, tomorrow (Thu 26/3/9), Manchester city centre

It appears I shall be at a loose end in Manchester all day tomorrow.

Her Ladyship is off to some professional thing and I'm going too (rather than be at home on my own).

We're heading off in about an hour, apparently.

We stopping all day so I can either drivel all day or I could go and say "Hello" to anyone who fancies a small beerette at lunchtime or after work.

Any offers? Or do I get to drivel instead?

I might be tempted to drag along CM for a lunchtime drink if you drop me a PM.

The temptation to abandon ClientCo and head for the M62 is great - unfortunately I would then be left in the position of driving back along the M62

Have a good one folks, and I wish I could join you

Blimey. What is it with me and hotel WiFi? The hotel's WiFi packed up yesterday afternoon. I must emit too many bogons now I'm a project manager.

Manchester. Rain. Who would have thought it? (I wish this room had a window)

                  Razzle, frazzle.

                  Blinkin' wi-fi.

I'm off to buy a mobile gadget thingy for my laptop...

If you get one from 3, they tell you to configure it to use "3internet" as the APN. Don't. Configure it to use "three.co.uk" instead - it's faster and more reliable.
