I watched x factor tonight... the fun never ends in Castle Tay....
But that Diana Vickers has a wicked voice. Hope she wins it just for the difference factor. This is last weeks, I reckon this week was better, but not on you tube yet.

Oh dear! Was the remote broken and it stuck on a certain channel?

I think I would rather watch paint dry.

Nope, I hadnt watched it last couple of years, but actually quite enjoyed it this week. Might watch it again.

Strong mind that, when someone can watch paint dry, I mean aside from actually seeing it through from wet to dry, you have the slight change of colour, the possible "run" down the wall from an over the top paint brushing session, then the "have I painted the wall the right colour" worries... I salute the paint drying watcher in you!

Has ANYONE here actually read Chart Throb by Ben Elton?

x factor is NOTHING to do with singers. It is about clingers("I want this so desperately"), mingers("I am ugly") and blingers("I am a flashy show-off").

There are a couple of BRILLIANT singers at church - one young lady has the voice of an angel - and is very pretty too. But she will never get anywhere on a flea-ridden show that manipulates the unwashed(admittedly in an amazing way).

I am off for a lie down. Or maybe to get some culture by reading the mail or the NOTW.
