Tits of the feathered variety do not make good eating.

Blackbirds are ok but you need a couple of dozen to make a pie.

Ensure that the oven is set to gas mark 8 or 200C as there have been some unfortunate problems in this area in the past. This was imortalised in an old rhyme.
