We have a large notice in our bogs warning that there have been reports of the facilities being misused and that they are being regularly monitored.

I assumed that this referred to either a steamy session in one of the traps or some DIYactivity - it turns out that somebody had passed judgement on the company by doing a dump on the floor (twice).
