    Feel the burn

Endorphins are endogenous opioid biochemical compounds. They are polypeptides produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates, and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being. In other words, they might work as "natural pain killers."

I find they stabilize my mood
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

or, i suppose, if you're the melancholic type it might make you top yourself and push them up... perhaps not such a good idea then.

Don't have a house, but rent a flat. On the other hand, given my general neglect of housekeeping, there are times when I reckon I'd be better off sleeping outside
