Stay home. Don't scare innocent girls.Originally posted by AtWVote now.I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light. -

Five is the minimum Alexi. You won't feel the benefits unless you run at least five miles.
Take it from me, my knee is completely knackered from running

Used to run six miles three times weekly for a laugh!!
Now I'm a contractor with a posh car, so I use that instead...Comment

You should cycle of course! Get out for a steady 3 hours and you'll burn off way more than a short run and you won't knacker your knees.

Alexei, 2 miles is not much use. You need at least 30 minutes to get fitness benefits. If it takes you that long to run 2 miles, take up swimming instead.Comment

5 miles minimum or it's not worth doing!!
I find those swanky air walkers that they have in all good gyms are excellent. You get all the work out of a run with zero impact on your knees.
Something I intend on buying once I have some spare cash lying around.Comment

Pathetic turnout - I think NL is right after all to demand people go and vote for the party of their choice so long as its New Liebor.
2 miles run today, 20 minutes running - 5 mins of feeding ducks, chatting up bored housewifes and other stuff.
