    Isn't average running speed something like 10-12 MPH. That means you are running at approx half of the average running speed AtW, i.e. you aren't going for a run, just a brisk walk.

    Go and do some proper running FFS!!!

        used to take me just over 5 mins to do 1500 metres. If anybody can be arsed to work out what that speed is in MPH let me know
