    Going to be interesting to see what happens.

    It’s the only piece of the mini budget where it’s possible to demonstrate that it would create economic growth
    merely at clientco for the entertainment

        I don't think the IR35 reforms bring in enough cash to offset some of the tax cutting proposals so it would be daft to u-turn on this 'niche' (to quote Fiona Bruce) tax when stamp duty reforms could be reversed instead (which would be a very entertaining piece of political suicide).

            It isn't done yet...

            First it needs to get past Hunt, October 31.

            Then it needs to get past whomever comes after them .

            My guess is that it won't survive (won't be repealed), but it's just a hunch.
