Guys, need some help and advice, I am in a very confusing situation. I was working for the last 6 months for a public sector client and was outside IR35. However, my contract is renewing on Friday and the Agency has just sent me a new contract with deemed inside IR35.
They have slashed my rate from £475 a day to £411 per day. I am assuming they are taxing me at source, but the contract is still between my Limited company and I assume they will be paying the new slashed amount £411 per day into my limited company.
Do I operate my company as normal as before i.e. pay Corporation Tax/Personal tax based on the new Income or do I have to pay other taxes too? I have other clients I do personal work for and support through my limited company and don't want to close the company and go with an umbrella. HELP please. I have to sign the contract latest by Friday if I want to continue.
