    Taking inside IR35 PS role

So whats the best approach if you've already got a limited company?

Since there are no expenses is it better to just go umbrella or something like paystream?

I guess you'd still need to keep paying things like accountants, ipse membership, insurance though. But you'd have no money coming into the limited for this?

    Is that right?

Why not have a look at the FAQ and see what that says?

PC. Bearing in mind we are a week and a bit away from this does it not occur to you these questions might have been discussed already? I know you like us making all your decisions for you but a bit of research first has to be in order surely?

White shirt, black shoes, plain tie first day. If the dress code is more relaxed, lose the tie. HTHBIDI

Some specialist contractor firms are offering a free and flexible approach, so you can keep the company running along side an Umbrella solution. You could then just switch between the two as and when you need to, depending on the role and IR35 status.

You still have to operate as a business.

                  Couple of questions:-

                  1. Any advantage at all with staying limited rather than umbrella if its PS inside IR35?

                  2. Assume its less hassle for agency if you go umbrella? (because otherwise they'd have to sort the tax rather than umbrella doing it?)

                  3. Are agencies generally paying less if you dont use an umbrella? see question 2.

                    1) Have you read the FAQ?

                    2) Have you read the FAQ?

                    3) Who knows what each agency is paying? They might, they might not, they might even be cheaper than an umbrella. But you'd have to look at the agency and the umbrella and ask them what they are charging to be able to form an opinion.
